職務内容

1. 1Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
2. 2Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and efficient implementations
3. 3Lead system architecture design, including middleware selection and microservices integration
4. 4Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, build, release, and operations
5. 5Monitor system performance, identify root causes of issues, and drive proactive improvements
6. 6Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality solutions
7. 7Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance system performance and development efficiency

理想の人材

1. 15+ years of experience in Java development within microservices architectures
2. 2Strong expertise in RESTful API development and OpenAPI specifications
3. 3Solid understanding of ORM frameworks and database schema design
4. 4Advanced SQL skills, including complex query handling
5. 5Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit)
6. 6Proven ability to design system architectures and evaluate OSS solutions
7. 7Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8. 8Business-level English proficiency
9. 9Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (especially GCP)
10. 10Preferred: Knowledge of performance tuning across infrastructure, OS, DB, and applications
11. 11Preferred: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
12. 12Preferred: Exposure to frontend technologies such as TypeScript, React, or Next.js
