メルカリのグローバルプロダクト展開を支えるCross-border UXリサーチチームで、複数の国・ユーザーコンテキストにまたがるマーケットプレイス体験を改善するUX Researcher。ユーザビリティテスト・ユーザーインタビュー・コンセプト評価の計画と実行、UserTesting/Maze等を用いた大規模なアンモデレート調査、リサーチオペレーション（参加者リクルート・リポジトリ整備・VoCプログラム）を担い、AIツールを活用したリサーチワークフローの高速化に取り組む。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
2+ years of UX research experience (in-house, agency, or freelance).
Experience planning and conducting usability tests, user interviews and concept evaluations.
Familiarity with remote testing tools such as UserTesting, Maze, UserZoom, or similar.
Experience with participant recruitment and coordination.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Experience with AI tools and applying them in a research workstream.
Comfortable with basic survey tools (e.g., Google Forms, Qualtrics, Typeform).
English: Required - C1

Experience working on global or cross-cultural products.
Familiarity with research ops processes or VoC management.
Japanese, Mandarin, or Cantonese language skills are a plus but not required.
Understanding of the ecommerce industry.
Understanding of the ACGE (anime, comics, games and entertainment) product space.
