仕事内容
メルカリ米国事業（US App）のQA Engineer。Search・Payments・Shipping等の特定プロダクト領域のSME（Subject Matter Expert）として、ユーザーストーリーからのテスト計画・テストケース設計、モバイル自動テスト（Detox、Maestro）の管理、探索的テストを担う。AI時代の品質エンジニアリングを再定義し、spec/code reviewから自動検証・リリースゲートまでAI-nativeなQAを推進する。東京拠点で米国チームと協働する。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
5+ years of experience in QA methodologies and software testing techniques, with a strong foundation in Android or iOS testing and a demonstrated track record of transitioning from manual to AI-driven testing approaches.
Demonstrated hands-on experience as an AI-native practitioner — actively using AI tools throughout your own development and testing workflow.
Demonstrated experience with any object-oriented programming languages (Java, Python, Objective C, etc), or automation frameworks like Cypress/Detox and experience with testing and using REST APIs.
Experience with Git and development and testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Claude Code, and Cursor.
Demonstrated experience in leading QA efforts across projects or teams, including test planning, coverage strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
English: Business level (CEFR B2 or higher) required
