仕事内容
メルカリ米国事業（Mercari US）のGrowth Data Analyst/Scientist。Growth・Marketing・Productチームと密に連携し、抽象的な成長機会を実行可能なインサイトに翻訳する。データモデリングと自動ダッシュボードの構築、機械学習の本番適用、SQL/Pythonによるプロセス自動化を担い、高速な実験イテレーションの中で測定可能なビジネス成果に直接責任を持つ。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
Strong interest in growth, marketing, and direct business impact, with a willingness to explicitly own business impact.
Proven experience applying machine learning to real, user-facing decisions and production environments.
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience with large-scale data processing tools (e.g., BigQuery, or equivalent)
Solid understanding of statistics, experimental design, and causal reasoning
English: Required

Prior work experience in a C2C marketplace or in a similar domain.
Experience with ML frameworks(e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
Familiarity with ML deployment and monitoring in production systems
Experience with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases, as well as exposure to backend engineering practices (e.g., microservices, Go, gRPC) and cloud platforms.
