仕事内容
メルカリの研究開発組織R4Dで、次世代Eコマースプラットフォームを支えるAI技術を創出するData scientist。機械学習モデルの性能向上に向けた大規模データの収集・サンプリング・ラベリング戦略の策定、スケーラブルなデータパイプライン・自動化の設計、大規模データ分析と技術的ソリューションの提案を担う。マルチモーダル基盤モデルやコンピュータビジョンの先端技術に取り組む。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 2 years of experience in data science or related fields, including theoretical knowledge in machine learning (deep learning, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, etc.).
Experience in software development using Python (numpy, scipy, scikit, pandas) and databases.
Experience using machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Familiarity with modern development tools and cloud environments such as Git, AWS, or GCP.
English: Independent (CEFR – B2)
歓迎
5+ years of experience in data science or related fields.
Experience analyzing large-scale databases (petabyte level).
Experience building and managing infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Business-level Japanese proficiency, with smooth reading, writing, and listening skills.
