仕事内容
メルカリのDesign Systemチームで、複数プロダクトチーム横断のデザインシステムの構築・進化・ガバナンスを担うDesign System Designer。再利用可能なUIコンポーネント・パターン・ガイドラインの設計、デザイントークン（spacing/color/typography）の定義、Web/iOS/Android間の一貫性確保、アクセシビリティ推進を行う。エンジニアと協働しデザインとコードのパリティを保ち、AIツールを活用したシステム制作の効率化も探求する。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a design system-focused role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, component design, and visual craft.
Deep expertise in Figma, including variants, Auto Layout, tokens, and libraries.
Experience working closely with front-end engineers.
Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and multi-platform workflows.
Business-level English.

Experience building multi-brand or multi-platform design systems.
