UX & Product Designer

About the Job

1. 1Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business units to design UI/UX for product development aimed at refreshing the platforms and services that support Macromill's business.
2. 2Conduct UI/UX design for new business initiatives.
3. 3Perform UI/UX design to revamp the platforms that support Macromill's operations.
4. 4Measure UI/UX design effectiveness and engage in improvement activities.
5. 5Manage design work projects, including those involving external contractors.
6. 6Communicate with stakeholders to build trust, clearly explain UI/UX design concepts, and fulfill accountability.
7. 7Tools Used: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, GitHub, etc.
8. 8Assignment: You will be assigned to the Global Technology Division.

応募資格（必須）

• Over 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications or web applications.
• Practical experience with product design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese. (N1 or above)

• Experience in building and utilizing design systems.
• Experience in UI/UX design for internal tools.
