仕事内容
English-track Platform Product Manager owning mid-to-long-term strategy, requirements definition, and spec design for Macromill's enterprise system renewal. Acts as a hub between executives, back office, engineers, and vendors to deliver an architecture that balances internal controls and employee experience. Workplace at Shinagawa HQ or Fukuoka base.

必須
Experience implementing and integrating accounting systems (SAP, etc.) and SFA/CRM (Salesforce/Slack, etc.)
Upstream process experience including vendor control and requirements definition (3+ years guideline)
Web application development experience (Java, Python, Go, PHP, etc. / 5+ years guideline)
Smooth communication skills (experience coordinating with non-engineering departments)
Business process design (BPR) experience considering internal controls, audit, and security requirements
Database operation and design experience using SQL
Team development experience using GitHub or similar

Implementation experience with API integration (REST/gRPC/SOAP, etc.)
Negotiation and consensus building experience with diverse stakeholders (incl. executives)
Experience building data pipelines
Infrastructure build/operation experience on cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
Business domain knowledge such as accounting and sales management
