仕事内容
English-track Data Infrastructure Engineer on Global Technology that architects high-performance pipelines transforming raw, unstructured consumer data into reliable, scalable systems. Leads big-data framework selection, ETL automation, and data governance on GCP/AWS while mentoring junior engineers and representing Macromill at technical conferences. Workplace at Shinagawa HQ or Fukuoka base.

必須
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure) and familiarity with infrastructure components like storage (e.g., BigQuery, S3), compute (e.g., Kubernetes, Dataproc), and networking
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, or Scala) with experience building complex data processing solutions
Advanced SQL skills with query optimization and data warehousing in high-volume environments
Proficiency with big data frameworks and tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and experience implementing batch and real-time processing solutions
Proven track record designing and building ETL/ELT processes and data workflows for high-volume production environments
Understanding of data governance practices, data quality management, and configuring automated validation and monitoring

Deep knowledge of distributed systems (Spark, Flink, Kafka Streams, etc.)
Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or Google Cloud Composer
Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices for CI/CD and automation
Familiarity with data security best practices including encryption, RBAC, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR)
Experience with data monitoring, log management, and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog
Experience leading technical projects and initiatives, making architecture decisions, mentoring junior engineers
