仕事内容
English-track Senior Backend Engineer on Global Technology that leads design and development of high-quality, scalable backend platforms for Macromill's core system renewal. Owns gRPC/REST APIs, containerized microservices, and cloud architecture decisions while reviewing code, defining SLOs, and mentoring junior engineers. Workplace at Shinagawa HQ or Fukuoka base.

必須
5+ years of experience designing, developing, and leading backend systems of large-scale applications
Extensive experience building and maintaining robust APIs including gRPC and RESTful architecture
Proficiency in at least one major backend server language and framework (Go/Gin, Python/Django, Java/Spring, etc.)
Understanding and experience with CICD and devops
Experience designing and developing cloud-based product development (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
Experience designing and developing using container technologies
Experience using and designing databases (RDBMS/NoSQL)
Ability to evaluate and select appropriate technology (SaaS, OSS, etc.) based on trade-offs, cost and business needs
Experience throughout the full software lifecycle of complex systems
Ability to define error budgets, SLAs, SLOs to ensure system reliability
Track record of leading agile projects, making architecture decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and promoting best practices
Familiarity with security best practices (ISMS etc.), data encryption, access control, compliance standards (GDPR etc.)
Business-level English reading, writing, and conversation fluency
