仕事内容
料理学習コーチングサービス「moment」のConversational AI Engineer（Principal）。LLMと会話AI技術を活用し、文脈を保持する高度な対話システムの設計・実装・最適化を担う。プロンプトエンジニアリング、意図認識・エンティティ抽出・文脈管理、マルチエージェント、RAGによる知識拡張、バックエンドAPI連携と本番デプロイまでをオーナーシップを持って推進する。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
Solid professional software engineering background with approximately 5+ years industry experience
Strong Python programming skills with production-level experience
Hands-on experience building applications and integrations with modern generative AI models (LLMs)
Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and optimization techniques for conversational AI
Experience with multi-agent systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Proficiency in modern software engineering best practices (TDD, version control, CI/CD, containerization)
