仕事内容
料理学習コーチングサービス「moment」のApplied AI Engineer（Principal）。マルチモーダル（テキスト/映像/音声）のAIで、理想の学習体験と現状のAI能力のギャップを見極め、最もインパクトの大きい一点を特定して解き切る。料理動画理解、意思決定モデル設計、コーチングロジック・タスク/リサーチエージェントの設計実装を、課題定義から検証までエンドツーエンドでリードする。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
Approximately 5+ years of software development experience
Strong professional proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience developing and integrating applications using LLMs
Track record of defining problems from the gap between ideal and reality and focusing on the single most impactful point
Understanding of modern development practices (TDD, version control, CI/CD, containerization)
歓迎
Background in computer vision or traditional machine learning (especially video data processing)
Excellent English communication skills within cross-functional teams
