仕事内容
OCIの日本Sovereign Cloud基盤を支えるSite Reliability Developerチームを率いるSenior Manager（M3）。サービス可用性・運用エクセレンス・インシデント管理・顧客信頼を軸に高パフォーマンスチームの構築・育成・牽引を担い、エンジニアリング・プロダクト・クラウド運用・地域リーダーと連携して運用戦略・要員計画・継続的改善を推進する。政府・規制業界向けミッションクリティカルなクラウドサービスを支える。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
Native-level Japanese language proficiency and business-level English communication skills
8+ years of experience in technology organizations, including leadership experience managing engineering, operations, SRE, infrastructure, or cloud services teams
Strong understanding of cloud computing, service operations, incident management, and operational excellence principles
Proven ability to recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing technical teams
Experience leading teams supporting mission-critical production environments and 24x7 operational support models
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, business, and executive leadership teams
Experience driving operational improvements through metrics, automation, process optimization, and service reviews
