求めるスキル・経験
必須
Expert-level of technical Global Mobility skills specifically in tax compliance
Extensive experience managing different international work arrangements, such as host-based assignments, virtual work arrangements, dual role assignments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese native speaker
Building trust-based relationships with stakeholders across geographies and cultures.
High standards for customer service.

More than 10 years of experience in the relevant Global Mobility field including Japanese market knowledge and a good understanding of Japanese labour law
