仕事内容
メルカリのMobile Enablementチームを率いるEngineering Manager。iOS・Android横断のグループ全体のモバイルエコシステムを支える基盤チームで、モバイルライブラリ・フレームワーク・標準・CI/CDインフラ・リリース管理・AI支援/エージェンティックワークフローの導入を推進する。シニア・プリンシパルエンジニアのチームを率い、組織運営・技術戦略・実行を担い、プロダクトエンジニアリングチームに測定可能な成果を届ける。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
Individuals who can resonate with the mission and values of the Mercari Group and each company
Experience managing or leading an engineering team in a platform, enablement, or infrastructure context, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
Deep credibility in mobile engineering (iOS, Android, or both) with the ability to reason across mobile build systems, CI/CD, frameworks, and release management.
Track record of driving outcomes end-to-end, from problem definition through implementation, rollout, adoption, and measurement.
Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders and drive adoption across teams without direct authority.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate in a multicultural, multilingual environment.

Familiarity with agentic development workflows, AI-assisted coding tools, and/or agent interfaces such as CLIs, MCPs, Skills.
Experience with Bazel, large-scale monorepo management, or mobile CI/CD optimization at scale.
Japanese: Independent (CEFR - B2) Preferred
