仕事内容
生成AIプラットフォーム「Ai Workforce」のAI/LLM DivisionのResearch Engineer（R&D）。LLM・AIエージェントの最先端技術を実プロダクト・業務に応用し、マルチモーダルナレッジグラフ構築、大規模文書のLLM処理、AIエージェントの自動評価・自己改善フレームワーク開発などを担う。Python/FastAPI/GraphQL、Azure(OpenAI/AI Search)を用いた本番環境への研究成果の実装が中心で、論文の再現・実用評価も求められる。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
Ability to understand Japanese business documents and communicate effectively in both technical and business contexts.
Ability to read and understand English research papers in AI, LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, and related fields, and to reproduce implementations and conduct practical evaluations.
Strong, readable coding skills in Python, with ability to leverage AI coding tools (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Devin, GitHub Copilot) and conduct code reviews.
Hands-on experience independently researching, developing, and utilizing generative AI technologies such as LLMs and AI agents (RAG, multi-agent systems, agentic workflows, MCP/A2A, OpenAI/Gemini APIs, multimodal AI/VLMs, reinforcement learning, LLM-as-a-Judge, LLM benchmarking, LangSmith/LangFuse, PyTorch, knowledge graphs).
Experience collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to productionize new technologies and create tangible value in products and business.
Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in corporate R&D.
