仕事内容
Localization Director responsible for overseeing and managing localization projects for CAPCOM games from beginning to end. Manages projects in both project management and creative capacity, develops workflows for translation/voice recording/linguistic QA, and ensures creative vision, quality, and cultural relevance across multiple languages.

必須
Over 2 years of project management experience in game localization
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
Proven leadership experience with strong project management capabilities
Excellent organizational skills and experience in leading projects
Native-level English speaker with a deep understanding of cultural nuances in target markets
Bachelor's degree
