仕事内容
株式会社アルクの英語コーチング講師として、英語学習者への個別コーチングとフィードバック提供を担当します。オンラインで土曜日および不定期の夜間に、クライアントごとに30分間のセッションを行います。英語ネイティブまたは流暢な方で、コーチング経験とPCスキルが必須です。
Responsibilities
- Coaching individuals on specific English skills and providing high quality feedback for improvement
- Going through role play scenarios with clients
- Writing feedback reports for coaching counsellors
- Meeting and reporting to the school's management
You're expected to
- Work online for 30 minutes per client on Saturdays and occasionally evenings
- Be on time
- Be open-minded and patient to deal with different cultures
- Have good teamwork

Native or fluent English speaker
Coaching experience required as well as giving specific feedback メンタリング・コーチング
Enjoys coaching and helping professionals improve their skill
Responsible and diligent
Computer literate as classes are held online 基本的なPCスキル

Have good teamwork

Knowing Japanese is a great plus but not required.
